I think I've worked a deal for two new gitfiddles. Should have em this week.

#1 is a Fender American John Mayer (gay) Signature Strat

#2 is a Gibson American Jimmy Page Traditional Pro

Can't wait. I'll record some new goodness for everyone.

Given the way Mayer plays, we could use a lot more homosexual guitars.

Guess what... guitar one came home to me today, the JM strat.

I hung it up on my wall only having the thing for 3 hours.. didn't notice the string swing was upside down.. 30 minutes later I hear CRASH

yes, my brand new strat... no scratches, no dings.. fell from the wall.

The damage is minor, but it IS there, on the back, wall scuffs...

I'm sick.

and i hate myself for not paying attention.

awww don't sweat it - now it's got the first scratch and you can forget about worrying about it.

btw - I absolutely love the color of the strat. in fact, it seems far too masculine for a boy that shaved his legs till he was 32.

btw2, I bet you're not the only one who hates you.
you can't handle the truth.

nor do you want to ...

You should get the locking Hercules versions, you will notice immediately if it is not right, even while drunk putting your axe on it's wall mounted holder. All my axes are safe with those babies.

PS I do truly now hate you for that Les Paul you have on order. Glad that aint the one that fell off the rack. If it would have been the Paul, I would have drove over there and smacked you personally upside your noggen and re-leaved you of your Les Paul care duties by snachen that geetar meeself. :chainsaw:

Drop it another 400 times and it just might get closer to being Mayerized.

A strat with a rosewood fretboard? I dont think I've ever seen one of those. All the strats I've seen have the light colored wood .
